Working with honesty gives you pleasure on the floor.

If things are related to children then my strength and focus increase multi-times. I worked at RSCPCR with complete dedication and focus.

Considering the work of Manan Chaturvedi, the government has not only appointed her as the chairperson of Rajasthan State Commission For Protection of Child Right but also given her the status of Minister of State for the same. This was her very first experience of the administration work. Here not only she had to learn but also had to teach the people working around her and to make them aware of the value of children and their childhood. Here her traveling nature helped her a lot. She used to travel about 800-900 Kms per day to see the condition of the children in distant areas.

She covered the whole international Rajasthan border lying between India and Pakistan, named it “Bharat Mala Bachpan Yatra”. She visited Barmer, Jaisalmer, Bikaner, Sri Ganganagar, and even the very remotest Tehsils and areas close to the border: Chohtan, Gadara Road, Sheo, Jaisalmer, Pokaran, Kolayat, Khajuwala, Ghadsana, Anoopgarh, Raisingh Nagar, Shri Karanpur, Sri Ganga Nagar.

She not only visited but also worked hard in the tribal areas like; Dungarpur, Banswara, Pratapgarh, Chittorgarh, Udaipur, Rajsamand, and Sirohi. She stayed there and organized medical health care camps when the seasonal diseases were at the peak. She also took the initiative to build Bal Mandirs in these areas dedicated to the childhood of these innocent children.

She helped in opening a child-friendly police station in Dholpur (Rajasthan), which was named “Bal Mandir Police Station”. This area is considered a crime potential area.

Bal-Saptah is a one week festival that has a main focus on children, it's celebrated in November, and its introduced by Manan Chaturvedi.
Each day there is a particular message and activity for the children to spread awareness and celebrate childhood.
She instructed all the NGO’s to organize “Bal Saptah” every week and also took feedback. She also kept on doing her painting shows for the cause of helping these children.
